  • How do I book the studio?

You can call or email us directly and we will send over more information and a contract for you to review.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    1. Identify and Finalize Your Dates Early

The most important step is to have a clear idea of when you need the studio. Are you planning this for a client photoshoot, a personal project, or a content campaign? Once you’ve determined your timeline, consider booking your space immediately.

Pro Tip: If you’re scheduling shoots for busy seasons like holidays, weekends, or during peak photography seasons, book at least 4-6 weeks in advance. These periods are highly competitive, and many studios work on a first-come, first-served basis.

    2. Factor in Project-Specific Needs

Some creative projects require more than just the basic studio package. For example, if your shoot involves large props, special backdrops, or specific lighting equipment, these additional requirements may affect studio availability. Providing these details to the studio during booking can ensure all your needs are met without last-minute scrambles.

    3. Weekly or Monthly Planning

For photographers who regularly need studio time, consider adopting a weekly or monthly scheduling routine. Allocating recurring blocks of studio reservations not only ensures consistent availability but also helps you build a long-term relationship with studio managers, who may prioritize your bookings.

  • What if I need to cancel?

We get it—plans change. Whether it’s a last-minute conflict or an unexpected shift in your photo shoot schedule, the need to cancel your studio rental can arise. But with clear policies in place, handling a cancellation doesn’t have to be stressful.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about canceling your studio rental and ensuring you get the refund you’re entitled to. By understanding the timelines and options available, you’ll be able to manage changes with confidence and ease.

    Cancellation Policies at a Glance

The good news? Cancelling your studio rental is totally doable, but the refund you receive will depend on when your cancellation is made. Here’s a quick breakdown:

Weekday Rentals: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 72 hours before your rental start time.

Weekend Rentals: Full refunds are available only if the cancellation is made two weeks in advance.

Missed Deadlines: If you cancel after the deadline, you may still receive a refund—but only if another customer rents the space for your originally scheduled time.

Now, let's dig into how this looks in practice.
