What does it feel like to dance? Fine Art Photography

I always have loved to dance, I am not trained in it. But it is something I adore. When my only daughter wanted to take it up I wasn’t sure what all it would entail. I am so thankful for a little look into the life of what it takes to be a skillful dancer. It has made me appreciate the beauty of it so much more.

When a local makeup artist approached me with an idea to work together a series about dancers that showed true movement in the image I jumped at the opportunity to put a vision I had previously had into action. We found three young ladies who were quite skilled and willing to participate in shaping the view that was in my head. I love to watch the shapes, movement, and character in each dancer. Knowing that it is above my ability creates a feeling of awe in me.
